Next generation food: flavors and forms of the food of the future

DANT Studio transforms into a laboratory of artistic and culinary ideas with Next Generation Food: an exhibition about the food of the future through the fusion of art and gastronomy. An exhibition resulting from the collaboration between illustrator Jacopo Oliveri, aka Fatomale, 70magenta, a research and publishing project founded by Piergiuseppe Molinar, and developed under the artistic direction of DANT Studio.

Protagonists of the day will be a series of illustrations depicting the innovative recipes of several culinary masters – Christian Conidi, chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Antica Corona Reale; Vincent Ferreira, Pizzaiolo verace, Personal Pizza Chef and creator of innovative-tasting pizzas; and Desirée Conidi, talented pastry chef at Montecarlo Beach.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to express their own vision on the theme through a print workshop, where they can mix ingredients and creativity to make their own poster.
