Magic! With Abracadabra you can transform paper into a tree

Abracadabra is the best known magical formula in the world, unchanged in all languages and a magical tool to change sensitive reality. Thanks to Graphic Days® the “magic formula” will transform paper into trees: the proceeds from the sale of the works that illustrators have donated to the project will be used for new trees in the city.
For the second edition of Abracadabra, Graphic Days® has selected 40 new illustrations that join the already present collection of 60 works from the first edition.

Thanks to the resources of the Abracadabra crowdfunding initiative, a new step of the Mini Mega Spazio urban regeneration project (finalist of the New European Design 2024 European Call) was created in November 2023: Graphic Days® curated creative workshops involving 75 children aged 3, 4 and 5, an artistic intervention of 600 square meters realized with the families on the wall that borders the garden of the school Luzzati and urban reforestation actions with the planting of 20 trees in four schools of the twelfth educational circle.

Abracadabra is an opportunity to promote the active participation of neighborhoods and shared care of school spaces. Soon the activities will be extended to 3 new schools in the northern area of the city.

The art works can be purchased in different formats at the festival shop or on the e-commerce of the Print Club Torino website. The proceeds will be donated to the “Regala un albero” project of the City of Turin.
