Award ceremony for the winners of the fourth edition of the Neologia open call, a contest dedicated to experimenting with visual languages aimed at young designers between 18 and 30 years old. There are four categories: editorial, poster, motion graphic and AI.
The 2024 prizes and mentions will be presented by Print Club Torino, Farm Cultural Park, the communication research center Fabrica, BIG Biennale Internazionale Grafica, Zetafonts in collaboration with Type Campus, AWDA _ Aiap Women in Design Award, Associazione Servizi e Terziario Innovativo e Associazione Grafici, Cartai e Cartotecnici dell’Unione Industriali Torino.
The award ceremony will be enhanced by the talk: Life is better with more fonts.
Zetafonts creative director Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini, will lead the audience on a typographic journey, in search of the personal passions and obsessions that can give deep meaning to the work of the visual designer.
Zetafonts is a Florence-based digital typeface foundry born in 2001 by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini, Francesco Canovaro and Debora Manetti. Combining the legacy of Italy’s rich typographic tradition with a pop approach to global visual culture and its trends, the foundry has over the years created a prolific portfolio of typefaces, historical revivals and custom fonts, used by brands and designers around the world. Zetafonts enhances and promotes typographic culture by organizing educational programs, conferences and courses through its Type Campus and Fight for Kindness initiatives.
