Matteo Giuntini

Matteo Giuntini was born in Livorno, Tuscany, in 1977. He lives and works between Rome and Livorno. After completing his artistic studies, he dedicated himself to finding his language through painting, drawing, and installation. His professional journey began in 2005 in Florence, followed by numerous group and solo exhibitions in galleries and public spaces both in Italy and abroad. Over the years, he has collaborated with publishing houses, advertising agencies, record labels, companies, and fashion houses. For instance, in 2014, he created the historic calendar for Poste Italiane, distributed in 500,000 copies throughout Italy, and three years later, the fashion house Valentino commissioned him to paint subjects for their collection.

Between 2016 and 2019, he participated in foreign and national residencies, including the 2019 residency at the Macro Museum in Rome as part of the “Studio on Bosch” project. His works have become part of many private and public collections. Among the public exhibitions, notable venues include GNAM (National Gallery of Modern Art) in Rome, the Civic Museum of Crema, and the Macro Museum in Rome.
