She started her career in DDB as a copywriter, until being appointed in 2018 Vice President and Chief Creative Officer in Proximity BBDO. She is one of the most awarded Italian creatives: ADCI, ADC*E, D&AD, New York Festival, Epica, Clio and Cannes. President of the 2020 edition of the ADCI Awards, she is ADCI President, representative of Cannes in Italy, founder of the Equal Award for gender equality and inclusion in advertising. Today she is CEO and CCO of Serviceplan Italia.
