From a ray of light captured in a DIY box comes an evocative exhibition of pinhole shots printed in darkroom and reworked with inks and embroidery.
Non-perfect images made with a fascinating technique capable of giving a poetic interpretation of reality that is almost dreamlike. A series of photos developed and printed by Bruno Nardini (The Laboratory) – a professional in analog printing processes and techniques – enriched by artistic interventions with colors and threads made by the imperfect team . An aesthetic research far from the pursuit of high definition, trails of passers-by in a Turin captured on sensitive paper to leave the eye of the beholder the chance to discover the beauty of a fleeting glance now forgotten.
To enrich the event, a demonstration workshop to make small cameras from common objects and live printing with coffee and vitamin C: an invitation to a fun artistic pursuit of quality craftsmanship.
