Circolo del Design with Lazy Dog Press present “Controculture 1956-1995”, the second volume of Antologia di cultura grafica, edited by Francesco Ciaponi and Silvia Sfligiotti. On 17 May at 6.30 pm, the presentation of the book with Francesco Ciaponi, co-editor of the volume, and Alessandro Colizzi, co-editor of the series, opens the exhibition “Do It Yourself”, a typographic installation that reinterprets the texts in the book.
In the exhibition 25 posters will give shape to different voices that over the years have expressed positions of protest, criticism and opposition – voices whose words still have value in the contemporary world.
Printed materials and videos related to the research and production of the book will also be visible in the exhibition.
