In a world where artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming an integral part of our daily lives, fascinating questions emerge about the dynamics of human-machine interaction. “Visual kAIndness” is an innovative exhibition that explores these dynamics, focusing in particular on the power of kindness in AI communications.
The exhibition, organized by Migma Group and curated by Catherine Gipton, curator of virtual art powered by AI, invites visitors on an exploratory journey through language and empathy in human-machine dialogue. Through a series of visual experiments, “Visual kAIndness” highlights how emotional nuances and politeness influence AI-generated responses. Each member of the Migma group took on the challenge of formulating a prompt in two distinct ways: one in neutral form and the other imbued with politeness. The result? A collection of works that reflects on how artificial intelligence can perceive and respond differently depending on the emotional tone with which it is approached.
The exhibition not only presents a direct comparison between the two sets of images; it also aims to stimulate a broader reflection on the themes of empathy, collaboration and mutual understanding in the digital age. “Visual kAIndness” thus becomes a field of experimentation to explore if and how kindness can transform the way we interact with emerging technologies.
Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in a multisensory experience where they can take a closer look at the differences and similarities between the images generated and, at the same time, reflect on their own daily interactions with artificial intelligence. How does the way we communicate impact the technology around us? And how does technology, in turn, shape our expressions of kindness and empathy?
“Visual kAIndness” is more than an exhibition; it is an invitation to look beyond the veil of technology and rediscover the importance of human values in creating a future where man and machine can coexist in harmony. We look forward to discovering the answers to these questions together and celebrating the transformative power of kindness in the world of artificial intelligence.
The evening will also be an opportunity to unveil and admire the new mural intervention by Truly Design, which, interacting with the studio space located in a historic building, interprets, with the typical style of the Turin-based crew, the values of the Migma group.
