Andrea Serio

Andrea Serio was born in Carrara in 1973.
Fluctuating illustrator, compulsive pastel artist, cartoonist, arsonist, cover artist for beautiful discs, painter if necessary. He has always been passionate about music, film and literature (not necessarily in that order, and preferably not disjoint), he harbors mutual adversity to computer(s) and he types on the keyboard, as  Truffaut used to do, with a single finger.
His designs have been exhibited in events such as the Book Fair of Turin, the Babel International Festival of Athens, TorinoComics, Lugocontemporanea the music and artistic avant-garde festival.
Since 2012 he is professor of the International School of Comics, at the offices of Turin and Florence.
He is currently working on his second graphic novel and his first children’s book.
