Matteo Berton

Matteo Berton is an Italian illustrator living and working in Bologna since 2015. In his work he tries to focus towards a synthesis in of shapes and composition. He’s been working on illustrations for both editorial and advertising commissions as well as children’s books and comics. He has recently worked on illustrations for The New York Times, Wired, New Yorker, Feltrinelli, Mondadori, Laterza, and Timberland. He has recently received a golden and a silver medal from the society of illustrators of New York and he’s been selected from American Illustrators and the Children’s Book Fair of Bologna. His first graphic novel “Journey to the center of the earth” by La Pasteque will be out in November.
