Giulia Bernardelli was born in 1987 at Mantova. She graduated at the Accademia of Fine Arts of Bologna with a bachelor degree in educational studies. Starting from 2015 she began to keep a graphic diary, using domestic objects that she takes photos of and posts them on Instagram. The compositions that she makes with coffee soon began viral. Her art name, Bernulia, has been appreciated since then from international agencies, magazines and journals. In 2015 The Washington post asked her for a cover for the Food insert, thanks to that, she won the award for best cover of the insert in 2015. In 2016, Segafredo, wanted her as interpreter during the big exhibition about impressionism in Treviso. From now on, lots of big agencies ask for her for their social media communication. The success has never changed her way of thinking, that is to draw inspiration from her everyday life, following Miles Davis’ motto: “My future starts when I wake up every morning. Every day I find something creative to do with my life”.
