Le architetture letterarie di Matteo Pericoli
Eggers 2.0, creative factory, is hosting an exhibition dedicated to the work of Matteo Pericoli, illustrator and architect.
«A great architect will make us move through space with fluency or caution; will make us slow down to pay attention to all details; he might take us by surprise or calm us down. A great writer can do the same.»
Why then shouldn’t we design an architecture whose structure is based on a literary work? Matteo Pericoli has done it and has given life to a creative laboratory where imagination and design join forces and in which waiting moments and tensions, surprises and narrative voices from novels are translated into architectural elements and defined by extraordinary shapes.
Born from an unique intuition, the “Architetture letterarie” (Literary Architectures) project will leave you speechless. The project is being shown all around the world and has arrived to Eggers 2.0 in order to tell its stories through drawn plots, illustrated sights, sequences of volumes, enlightening books.
